The day after Easter is a national holiday. It was calm today out and about. We slept in a little today and saw our children from 11-3 about. It was a nice day, as it had been raining the last couple of days so today it was sunny and warm. Although, children should still wear their coats we were told.
We say Katya sing today and that was beautiful. And a church came and brought lots of things for the children. Our kids asked us to take some of them home for them in America. Tomorrow our friends have their court dates, so keep them in your prayers. And our PashaSophia was upset because they get to go to McDonalds after, and we are not going!!!!
She's also the one that when we left, walked with us to the gate and had one of the helpers calling out to her (Pasha..no you can't go with them.) We were all joking about it, and had a good laugh.
Today we went on an outing to a WWII museum with Chris' friend from 3M here in Ukraine. It wasn't open, but had many statues and such outside. Jonathan had lots of fun playing with her daugher who is also adopted. We hope to go again when it is open.
Jonathan is trying to get in a daily game of chess. Yesterday he was beat by the "chess master" at church, but today he whipped his Dad and the other "Papa" from MN. He is having a good time here and always thanks God for being able to go to the orphanage. Thanks for all your prayers!
Chris & Alesia
